AI/ML Developer (Healthcare)

A leading healthcare company is seeking a skilled AI/Machine Learning Developer to join its R&D team.

The Role:

You'll be a key member of a cross-functional team, working alongside data scientists, clinicians, and software engineers to design, build, and deploy AI/ML models. Your primary focus will be on developing internal applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI/ML can create significant internal impact.
• Extract, transform, and preprocess data to build accurate and reliable AI/ML models.

Ideal Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with ML or deep learning is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages commonly used for AI/ML (e.g., Python, Java).
