This exciting opportunity focuses on designing, implementing, and managing core Azure services. Youll be hands-on with Azure Service Bus, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, and related networking components, ensuring these critical services are secure and highly available. You will champion security best practices, working closely with Security, DevOps, and Architecture teams to create robust, scalable solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the performance and security of our platform, empowering our applications and services to operate efficiently and securely.
What Youll Do:
- Design, implement, and manage Azure services, including Service Bus, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, and related networking components.
- Configure and support customer-managed keys (CMK) and other encryption services, prioritizing security and compliance.
- Implement security-first principles in infrastructure design, focusing on hardening configurations, identity and access control, and data protection.
- Collaborate with Security, DevOps, and Architecture teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
- Partner with application and platform teams to ensure Azure solutions meet availability, performance, and security requirements.
- Utilize monitoring, logging, and governance tools to maintain operational health and compliance of cloud environments.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Stay up-to-date on Azure best practices and cloud security trends.
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on experience with core Azure services (Service Bus, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, etc.)
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and experience implementing secure configurations.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Experience with security tools like Wiz or other CSPM platforms.
- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305).
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.89 to $62.11 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
