**Position Summary**
The Senior Analyst, Software Development Engineer works within the CVS Health Retail EDI/B2B/MFT group and is responsible for maintaining the health of core IBM Sterling systems and related technologies, daily production support, and Help Desk activities. The Engineer will join a dynamic, experienced team and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The position does require after-hour support and weekend activities at times.
**What you will do**
+ Work with the Lead Engineer on integration, development and administration of IBM Sterling Commerce product suite including: B2Bi/File Gateway, Secure Proxy, Sterling External Authentication Server, Control Center, and ITX/ITXA.
+ Assist with all patching and upgrade activity and collaborate with the team on enhancements over the product lifecycle.
+ Onboard and troubleshoot trading partners to IBM Sterling File Gateway
+ Configure and test SFTP, HTTPS, and AS2 communications
+ Work with CVS Firewall team on whitelisting requirements
+ Provide technical support of critical production processing related to internal CVS Health business applications and the EDI Help Desk servicing the external vendor community of 7,000 trading partners.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 3 years relevant work experience
+ Strong working knowledge of all components of the IBM Sterling File Gateway Product Suite (SFG, B2Bi, ITX/ITXA, SEAS, SSP, ICC)
+ Experience with core functionality of the IBM Sterling products such as partner onboarding, data routing, code lists, data routing, and business processes.
+ Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions and related mapping.
+ Expertise onboarding and configuring current communication protocols including SFTP, HTTPS, and AS2
+ Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Proven capability to learn, retain and apply new technical skillsets and applications.
+ Strong ability to multitask and handle competing priorities at once.
+ Good written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong inter-personnel skills with a focus on customer-service
+ Ability to work well with others from various departments and values the perspective team members bring to a project.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 5 years relevant work experience
+ Experience with additional data transformation such as DSCSA EPCIS, XML and XSLT.
+ Experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform
+ Experience with developing APIs between SFG/B2Bi and a range of custom and industry applications such as Khafka, GCP and others.
+ Java development skillsets
**Education**
+ BA/BS Degree, preferably in computer information systems, or equivalent work experience.

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$86,520.00 - $173,040.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
