Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SDET to join an innovative project aimed at enhancing efficiency and resolution times for large-scale retirement plans.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing solutions, developing scalable test frameworks, and ensuring high-quality software delivery through performance and functional testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Create and implement robust test frameworks to support scalability and efficiency.

Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle.

Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure software quality.

Continuously identify and implement improvements in the testing process.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing and automation.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of retirement plan management systems or financial services.
