responsibilities:
Typical Day in the Role

• Designs, develops, and implements complex enterprise software solutions.
• Collaborates closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide design, technical analysis, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and support expertise representing the interest of the business across the enterprise.
• Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable off the shelf applications and custom-built technology solutions to meet business needs.
• The expectation is to deliver on all assignments within budget and on a timely basis.
• Unique opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise level environment and be a SME for engineers on the team. Potential to be long term gig.

Candidate Requirements

• Required: Bachelors
• Years of experience required: 4-6 years required, desired skills are listed in section below. Elastic Search Domain Specific Language (DSL) is most important skillset.
• Disqualifiers: Job hoppy resumes
• Additional qualities to look for: Full stack developer with solid experience in the required technologies and tools

• 1 Elasticsearch Domain Specific Language (DSL) - most important
• 2 Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus
• 3 Go (If we are getting either Java or Go, then the expectations are high for that one language expertise)
• 4 AWS
• 5 Kafka
• 6 MongoDB or Document DB
