GENERAL PURPOSE
The IT Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of key technology initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Under direction of the IT Delivery Manager, this role will lead our test strategy, manage documentation best practices, and lead or assist major programs, ensuring the proper sequence of deliverables. The IT Delivery Lead will collaborate with Technology and Business Transformation stakeholders to ensure successful execution of technology projects and programs, contributing to the organization's overall technology roadmap. This role requires a unique blend of both business and technology acumen.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide delivery of comprehensive and innovative solutions that address complex current and future needs to achieve goals
- Works with business partners to develop, present, communicate, and execute roadmap strategies.
- Assist in defining our organizational coordinated test strategy. Engage stakeholders to confirm and align expectations.
- Leading daily test standups and reporting out test event results. Coordinates defect resolution and test completions.
- Work with our major project steering committees to lead, guide and participate in activities to support positive project outcomes
- Collaborate across business unit teams to enable shared awareness for change management at departmental and enterprise levels.
- Acts as liaison to multiple business units, representing their testing needs for functionality and enhancements impacting the business.
- Builds and communicates understanding of objectives and requirements to better support specific deliverables.
- Analyzes and documents current state ('As-Is') and future state ('To-Be') processes in line with project scope.
- Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or relevant academic discipline, or equivalent experience typically obtained by working a minimum of five years in an IT environment.
Minimum of 5 years of project leadership experience
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Proficient understanding of fundamental technologies used to support assigned business function.
- Broad understanding of business processes, information flow, and related systems.
- Knowledgeable of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to view opportunities and solutions from a broad, long-term perspective.
- Ability to work alone, perform as a team member, and lead small-to-medium projects.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting/dashboarding.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies, including participating in Test report outs, Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions to ensure continuous improvement and delivery of high-quality technology solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing tools, processes and methodologies
- Strong problem solving and analytic skills. Able to work through the process of detecting and correcting flawed process steps
- Successful experience in achieving results on small-to-large projects that involved specifying requirements, testing solutions, documenting processes and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Functional knowledge of JD Edwards, Oracle EBS or Infor ERP (LN) software is a plus.
