Job Description

We are looking for a Network Support Analyst to ensure the smooth operation of our cutting-edge data, voice, video/digital signage, and wireless systems. This position will be a temp-to-perm contract and is onsite with on call support.

What Youll Do

• Assist the Network Administrator with core network hardware and software installations and upgrades

• Ensure the smooth operation of data, voice, video/digital signage, and wireless systems

• Respond to emergency calls outside of normal working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Conduct routine monitoring and mitigation tasks for network availability

• Support high-speed Wi-Fi, innovative digital signage, and state-of-the-art security monitoring systems

• Prepare and present network performance reports

What You'll Need

• Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related area

• Three (3) years of related experience in maintaining network-connected devices and systems

• Experience with emergency response and on-call support

• Familiarity with video/digital signage systems and security monitoring technologies

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
