Kforce has a client that is seeking an Operations Support x2 in Columbus, OH.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum of three years of related progressive experience in customer service, payment processing, product support and/or operations in addition to educational requirements listed above; Financial operation and sales experience preferred.
* Knowledge of systems utilized to access and process member transactions
* Knowledge of specific regulations and laws related to the products
* Familiarity with industry-related technologies and tools such as Rest APIs, JSON and Postman
* Knowledge of data structures and database concepts
* General working knowledge of networking topology and data flows
* General working knowledge of data and authentication security
* Familiarity with DevOps/software deployment methodologies and tools
* Familiarity with financial software applications preferred.
* Strong, concise, and effective verbal and written communication skills
* Strong analytical, listening, influential, multi-tasking, and organizational skills required
* Ability to be flexible and adapt to different situations and personalities in a dynamic call center environment
* Strong ability to build relationships/rapport and demonstrate empathy and understanding
* Ability to demonstrate positivity and friendly demeanor, even during challenging interactions
* Proven track record of effectively managing call times while addressing member's inquiries effectively
* Competency performance expectations are commensurate with position and include change readiness, communication, continuous learning and improvement, creative thinking and problem solving, and ownership and accountability

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
