• Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma.

The Manager of the Population Health Data Analytics section is responsible for the identification, preparation, and analysis of clinical and financial data to support the Utica Park Clinic Population Health in quality metric reporting to CMS and other payer programs, contractual and Federal and Stat e regulation requirements . In addition, this person will advise and collaborate with the clinical staff and administration to provide analytic, data management and methodological support for the development of performance indicators, including a panel of process and outcome measures . Prepare graphic reports of appropriate clinical data to support the Value-Based Care reporting requirements . Assist in the development of data flow with internal and external data systems to include development and validation of mapping process, interfaces and external database use.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• Three (3) years of experience as a database analyst for healthcare related organization

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Prefer experience supporting Practice Management Systems, EMR systems in a provider practice or a healthcare system
