Business Intelligence Analyst (Alteryx / Power BI)

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst (Alteryx / Power BI) to join their team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst (Alteryx / Power BI), you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting the Data Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst (Alteryx / Power BI)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $55-65

What's the Job?

• Support and maintain database systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement database solutions that meet business needs.
• Monitor database health, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary upgrades or patches.
• Develop and enforce database policies, procedures, and standards.
• Assist in designing and implementing data migration and integration projects.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in database administration, preferably in a financial or enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and related tools.
• Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
