ABOUT THE ROLE

We are building a dedicated SAP AI Consulting team to deliver end-to-end AI transformation services to enterprise clients running SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud (RISE). As our SAP AI Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical AI delivery team.

You will be responsible for identifying, scoping, and prioritising AI opportunities within the client's SAP landscape, translating business pain points into concrete SAP AI use cases, and guiding stakeholders through the feasibility and value assessment process. Your deep understanding of SAP ERP processes combined with hands-on familiarity with the SAP AI ecosystem will be essential to the success of this role.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in SAP ERP projects
• Solid understanding of at least two SAP functional modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM)
• Working knowledge of SAP AI product suite including SAP Joule, SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, and ISLM embedded AI use cases
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
• Experience facilitating workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with SAP Signavio is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in English (written & verbal)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands-on experience with SAP environments
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts and Large Language Model (LLM) applications in enterprise contexts
• SAP certification in any functional module or AI/BTP-related area

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Engage with client business units to elicit, document, and prioritise AI improvement opportunities across core SAP processes (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, etc.)
• Conduct structured AI opportunity assessments and produce business case documents including effort/value matrices and ROI estimates
• Map identified business needs to suitable SAP AI capabilities (Joule, Embedded AI, AI Core, ISLM use cases) and recommend the appropriate delivery approach
• Facilitate AI ideation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and sprint reviews with both business and IT audiences
• Create and maintain functional specifications, use-case catalogues, and process flow diagrams for AI solutions
• Collaborate closely with SAP AI technical consultants and architects to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with client SAP configuration
• Support UAT activities by defining test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and coordinating business sign-off
• Track adoption metrics and prepare executive-level status reports and presentations
• Stay current with SAP AI product roadmap developments and identify emerging use cases relevant to client environments
