Data Analyst/BI, Retail Analytics Platform

This project focuses on improving a retail direct store delivery ecosystem by addressing operational inefficiencies such as reporting gaps, pricing inconsistencies, and invoicing errors. The platform relies on data driven insights to support better decision making and operational performance.We are looking for a Data Analyst / BI who will take ownership of ongoing reporting and database related activities to support business operations. You will work closely with existing teams to ensure dashboards, reports, and data processes remain accurate, consistent, and up to date. This role helps free up core engineering capacity while maintaining high quality data outputs.Looker, PostgreSQL, SQL, data visualization, reporting tools, data validation processes

• Maintain and update Looker dashboards to ensure accuracy and usability
• Manage recurring reporting tasks and ensure timely delivery of insights
• Write and optimize SQL queries in PostgreSQL to support reporting and data validation
• Validate data consistency across different sources and identify discrepancies
• Troubleshoot issues related to reports, dashboards, and database queries
• Perform manual updates and adjustments within the database when required
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and priorities
• Document processes and updates to ensure continuity and clarity
• Support continuous improvement of reporting workflows and data quality practices
• Provide your feedback on BizChat
• Experience working with Looker for dashboard creation and maintenance
• Hands on experience with PostgreSQL and writing SQL queries
• Experience with data validation, troubleshooting, and report maintenance
• Understanding of relational database concepts and data structures
• Ability to manage recurring operational tasks with consistency and attention to detail
• Experience working with business stakeholders to support reporting needs
• Strong communication skills and ability to document processes clearly
• Experience working in retail or direct store delivery environments
• Familiarity with pricing, invoicing, or supply chain related data
• Experience improving reporting workflows or automation processes
• Exposure to other data visualization or business intelligence tools
