Overview
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Adobe Workfront projects, templates, workflows, forms, dashboards, and reporting.
- Design and implement workflow automations using Adobe Fusion.
- Build and support integrations between Workfront and enterprise systems such as Adobe Experience Cloud, CRM platforms, DAM systems, APIs, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document workflow and automation requirements.
- Optimize marketing operations processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows, notifications, approval processes, and task orchestration.
- Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and automation issues.
- Support user onboarding, training, and operational support activities.
- Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
- Ensure adherence to governance, security, and enterprise standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Workfront administration, workflow automation, or enterprise integrations.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale marketing or operational workflows preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront administration, configuration, workflows, templates, forms, dashboards, and reporting.
- 3+ years of supporting marketing operations and project management.
- 5+ years of building and maintaining Adobe Fusion scenarios, workflow automations, and API-based integrations.
- 5+ years of integrating Workfront with enterprise applications, Adobe platforms, and third-party systems.
- 5+ years of experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and integration patterns.
- 3+ years of troubleshooting integration and workflow issues.
- Familiarity with data mapping, workflow orchestration, and automation best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical workflow solutions.
- Preferred: Experience in Banking and financial domains, Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, AEM, AJO, and AEP.
