About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain front-end features for trading applications supporting Equity Derivatives Execution Technology. You'll work on building highly responsive, real-time user interfaces, integrating streaming data services, and improving the reliability and usability of trading workflows. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.
Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in front-end development using React and TypeScript.
• Experience building scalable, high-performance user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience handling real-time data and optimizing application performance.
• Experience with front-end architecture, component design, and state management (e.g., Redux).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library (RTL).
• Experience integrating APIs and WebSocket-based streaming data services.
• Experience working in front-office trading or financial technology environments.
• Experience optimizing complex data-heavy applications, such as real-time data grids.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or applications in UI development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable front-end components using React and TypeScript.
• Integrate UI components with internal APIs and real-time data streaming services.
• Improve performance, reliability, and usability of trading applications.
• Contribute to automated testing and maintain high standards of code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features aligned with business objectives.
• Follow best practices in SDLC, including testing, deployment, and monitoring of applications.
