Data analyst with Insurance

Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite)

Seeking an Insurance Data Analyst with hands-on experience in SQL, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and data analysis to work directly with clients and deliver actionable insights. Exposure to Databricks, data warehouses/lakehouse, and Python is a plus.

• Analyze large insurance datasets: Policy, Claims, Underwriting, Billing, Risk, Regulatory reporting .
• Develop, validate, and present reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decisions.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks .
• Translate business questions into actionable queries and analytical outputs.
• Collaborate with BI developers, data engineers, and offshore teams to deliver results.
• Represent the delivery team onsite and communicate effectively with clients.

• Insurance domain knowledge.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills; BI visualization experience.
