Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect / Technical Lead with deep Oracle expertise and strong Azure experience to provide technical leadership for infrastructure and application modernization initiatives. The role involves defining architecture patterns, evaluating upgrade paths, assessing risks, and recommending scalable, secure solutions.

Responsibilities
Provide architectural oversight and technical leadership for Oracle-based systems.
Analyze Oracle databases and environments to identify risks, issues, and upgrade considerations.
Partner with Oracle SMEs and Azure teams to develop solution strategies and technical recommendations.
Design robust, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Evaluate upgrade and migration approaches and provide workarounds for technical challenges.
Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and impact analyses.
Required Skills
10+ years of IT experience with Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership responsibilities.
Deep expertise in Oracle Database technologies.
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure.
Good understanding of security, risk management, and enterprise architecture.
Experience with system upgrades, migrations, and performance analysis.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Oracle and/or Azure certifications.
Experience with cloud migration and modernization projects.
