Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack TypeScript Developer with experience leveraging AI-powered development tools and AI agent technologies , including Claude , to join a cutting-edge platform development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning critical application modules end-to-end, delivering scalable frontend and backend solutions, and utilizing AI-assisted development practices to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver application modules from design through deployment and support.
• Develop and maintain scalable frontend applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Design, build, and enhance backend APIs, services, and integrations.
• Analyze and navigate complex codebases, identifying dependencies, architecture patterns, and optimization opportunities.
• Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, and similar technologies to improve productivity and software quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, designers, and engineers.
• Drive technical decisions and contribute to architecture discussions.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and promote modern development methodologies.

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript development.
• Proven full-stack development experience.
• Expertise in frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, Angular, or similar frameworks .
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Express.js, NestJS , or related technologies.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, application architecture, and performance optimization.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools including Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT , or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience building or integrating AI-powered applications, agents, or LLM-based solutions.
• Knowledge of AI agent frameworks, orchestration tools, or prompt engineering concepts.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Telecommunications industry experience is a plus.
