Location & Work Arrangement
- Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Nationwide / EST Hours)
Important Note: Due to policy mandates, this position carries a potential requirement to transition to 100% onsite with short notice . Candidates must be fully prepared and able to relocate to Columbia, SC immediately if required. The first two days will be onsite for orientation and badging.

Core Position Requirements
To be successful in this role, your background must include:
- Professional Certification (Mandatory): Must hold an active AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional OR AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional credential.
- 6+ Years of overall IT experience supporting enterprise systems.
- 3+ Years of Deep AWS Expertise: Hands-on development/administration covering core services ( EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Lambda ).
- 3+ Years of Amazon Connect: Proven experience designing contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and programmatic integrations.
- 3+ Years of Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Solid track record automating environments using Terraform or CloudFormation .
- 3+ Years of Scripting & Integrations: Strong Python or Bash scripting, paired with API Gateway and serverless architectures.
- 3+ Years of Cloud Security: Experience configuring enterprise logging and monitoring ( CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Config ).
Preferred Skills (Huge Plus)
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models using Amazon Bedrock and prompt engineering.
- Experience with cloud cost optimization / FinOps practices.
- Multi-cloud exposure with Microsoft Azure (holding an AZ-305 Architect cert is a major plus).
