ADABAS Natural Programmer Lead

*** Note: This Position is Primarily Remote (Occasional Onsite Required)
We are seeking an experienced ADABAS/Natural Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Natural programming and ADABAS database development . This role involves application development, production support, system enhancements, and technical mentoring within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and support applications using Natural and ADABAS.

• Analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform system enhancements.

• Participate in design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance activities.

• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to team members.

• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience with ADABAS and Natural programming.

• Experience with NaturalONE/Eclipse development environment.

• Strong knowledge of financial, payroll, accounting, or related business systems.

• Experience with production support, troubleshooting, and application maintenance.

• Experience with JCL, batch processing, and online transaction systems.

• Knowledge of software development best practices and version control.

• Experience integrating legacy systems with modern technologies.

• Technical documentation experience.
