Title: Product Manager, Value Added Services
Position Summary:
As the Product Manager, your primary objective is to lead cross-functional planning and execution for a key product launch while owning product performance before, during, and after launch. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and drive decisions to ensure successful implementation and sustained results.
What You'll Do:
- Manage timelines and implementation for a key cross-functional product launch, ensuring clear milestones, ownership, and on-time delivery.
- Lead the initiative end-to-end across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases, coordinating requirements, readiness, go-to-market activities, and post-launch stabilization.
- Own ongoing product performance by defining success metrics, monitoring outcomes, and driving continuous improvements based on customer feedback and business results.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives and complex timelines from planning through execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams, drive decisions, and communicate status, risks, and dependencies.
- Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, interpreting performance data, and translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear launch plans, briefings, and updates.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- MBA or advanced degree a plus.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related considerations.
