Lead AI/ML Platform Engineer (Remote US)

Raft is seeking a Lead AI/ML Software Engineer in Tacoma, WA. This senior position involves leading the architecture and engineering of our AI Mission System. Candidates will work closely with leadership and development teams to drive architectural decisions and establish engineering patterns.

We're looking for individuals with over 6 years of experience in building production software systems and expertise in AI/ML and distributed systems. The salary ranges from $180,000.00 to $230,000.00 and includes competitive benefits.
