The Product Cybersecurity Analyst is responsible for supporting and advancing the organization’s product cybersecurity program across industrial and commercial technology products. This role focuses on facilitating the completion of customer-driven cybersecurity requests, assessments, and audits, as well as driving secure product development practices, and maintaining compliance with relevant product cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product Management, Product Development, Operations, Support, QA, IT, and other stakeholders to define, implement, improve, and maintain product cybersecurity processes and practices throughout the product lifecycle.

This role is well suited to an individual with experience in Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) processes and practices, as well as embedded products, industrial networking, or connected edge/IoT systems.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

  • Define, document, implement, and drive the process for responding to customer cybersecurity requests, assessments, and audits.
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the product cybersecurity program.
  • Define, document, maintain, and improve product cybersecurity policies, procedures, standards, and practices.
  • Assist in establishing product security requirements for new and existing products, platforms, and solutions.
  • Support alignment of product cybersecurity activities with business objectives, customer expectations, and regulatory obligations.
  • Work collaboratively with Product Management, Product Development, Operations, Support, Sales, Marketing, QA, IT, Legal, Customers, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with product engineering and support teams to integrate security into the entire lifecyle: Requirements definition, architecture and design, software development, firmware development, CI/CD pipelines, testing and validation, release management, as well as support and operations.
  • Support cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives for product development teams.
  • Assist in developing product cybersecurity documentation, technical guidance, and marketing materials.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • 7+ years of combined experience in cybersecurity, product security, OT security, industrial systems, embedded systems, IoT systems, cloud systems, or related technical fields.
  • Experience working with connected products, industrial systems, edge devices, embedded systems, or operational technology environments is considered an asset.
  • Experience supporting or conducting cybersecurity assessments, audits, or compliance initiatives is preferred.
  • 5% International Travel (will require international passport to travel)
