Work Location : Hybrid 1-2 days a week on site at the Quantum building located at 2 Hot Metal Street Pittsburgh, PA.
Work Hours: Daylight. 7/8AM-3/4PM 40 hours per week.
Purpose:
Under the general direction of the management team and senior staff, the Systems Analyst - Intermediate is responsible for ensuring the stability, usability, and continuous improvement of the Avasure Telesitting/Episodic applications. This role combines technical troubleshooting, business analysis, and user support to maintain reliable operations and deliver high-quality service to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Application Incident Management - Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve application issues for AvaSure. Perform root-cause analysis and document findings for future prevention.
Changes & Support - Support deployment activities, validate releases in test environments, and participate in regression testing. Able to triage and resolve level 1 and level 2 support issues.
Requirements Gathering - Work with business stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into functional requirements, and collaborate with vendors.
Vendor Coordination - Collaborate with third-party vendors (Avasure) for escalated issues, enhancements, and product roadmap discussions.
Continuous Improvement - Identify recurring issues, propose process improvements, and contribute to automation or optimization initiatives.
Documentation - Validate and maintain end-user instruction, networking diagrams, and support documentation.
Project Management - Create and contribute to project tasks and milestones. Update all project team members and time tracking tools accordingly.
Training - Support operations with end user training for GoLives, support documentation, and application education.
Data Confidentiality/Security- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and data as set forth per UPMC policy.
Performs other duties as assigned - This may involve other applications or tasks that the team supports.
