Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in the networking, data center, or telecommunications industry.
- 5 years of experience in a program management leadership role influencing across a cross-functional organization.
- Experience in network planning, architecture, or design with a technology or telecommunications company.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience successfully implementing process improvement methodologies to drive efficiency and scale across multiple teams.
- Experience in preparing customer solutions and bids.
- Understanding of networking technologies, concepts, and industry trends.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead and continually optimize a portfolio of strategic, complex programs to drive consistency and scale across the organization.
- Lead and govern the delivery of large-scale, critical customer projects, specifically Edge Intra Metro solutions such as "cloud interconnect," ensuring all customer commitments are met
- Identify process breakdowns in the organization, navigate through ambiguity, and implement solutions that improve the organization's effectiveness and end-to-end project delivery
