SQL Developer

We are seeking a hands-on database developer with a strong ability to analyze and optimize existing database processes and queries. The ideal candidate will suggest and implement best practices related to accessing and updating data from the database, ensuring efficient performance and reliability.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Proficiency in SQL, and other database development tools and languages
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques
• Experience in optimizing queries by creating various clustered, non-clustered indexes and indexed views
• Rich development experience in creating tables, views, triggers, stored procedures, user-defined functions, and other T-SQL statements
• Experience with ETL processes and tools within Informatica environment
• Strong understanding of database architecture, design, and development
• Have prior background working in Banking/Financial Domain.

• Expertise in generating reports using Crystal Reports, OBIEE, Tableau, or other reporting tools
• Experience in writing technical design documents and developing testing documents
• Track and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive business performance

• Analyze and enhance SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and analysis
• Collaborate with team members to implement database improvements
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high-quality codebase
