System Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system engineering and architecture, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This role involves working closely with clients and technology experts to design and implement infrastructure solutions.

• Experience in translating business requirements into technical requirements
• Ability to produce Low Level Design (LLD) and High Level Designs (HLDs)
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) Frameworks
• Understanding of Client Reference Architecture standards
• Experience with database technologies and interfaces
• Understanding of cloud and cloud-based technologies
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Software Developer experience
• Understanding of PMM/DSES processes
• Oracle Cloud or AWS solution experience

• Work with clients to understand and document business requirements
• Collaborate with Technology Infrastructure SMEs to develop design solutions
• Work closely with the Chief Engineer and Capacity Planner
• Document technical requirements including CPU, memory, and storage needs
• Communicate project status and escalate issues as needed
• Support Technology Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle
