Required Skills & Qualifications- Experience in translating business requirements into technical requirements
- Ability to produce Low Level Design (LLD) and High Level Designs (HLDs)
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) Frameworks
- Understanding of Client Reference Architecture standards
- Experience with database technologies and interfaces
- Understanding of cloud and cloud-based technologies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications- Software Developer experience
- Understanding of PMM/DSES processes
- Oracle Cloud or AWS solution experience
- Work with clients to understand and document business requirements
- Collaborate with Technology Infrastructure SMEs to develop design solutions
- Work closely with the Chief Engineer and Capacity Planner
- Document technical requirements including CPU, memory, and storage needs
- Communicate project status and escalate issues as needed
- Support Technology Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle
