IT - SCDOR - Network Engineer - Consultant

As a Network Engineer Consultant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and integrity of our network and server services. • Administer SolarWinds network tools and SIEM platforms.
• Automate administrative tasks and perform security audits.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve client issues and improve processes.
• Monitor and enhance system infrastructure and security.
• Lead and execute small projects and mentor junior staff.

• 10 years of experience with SolarWinds network administration.
• 10 years of experience with SIEM platforms and automation scripting.
• 10 years of experience in PCI/NIST/Pub1075 security implementations.
• 7 years of experience in the public sector.
• Bachelor's degree in IT systems, computer science, or related field.

• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, NTP, DNS, etc.).
• Proficiency in PowerShell, disaster recovery, and incident handling.
• Cybersecurity and SOC skills.
• Certifications: CCNP, CCDP, MCP, MCSE, PCNSE, VMWare.
