Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a fast-paced engineering team focused on building scalable cloud-native applications and microservices. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, AWS Serverless Technologies, and Microservices Architecture. This role requires hands-on development experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise-grade applications in AWS environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing solutions that support data quality, process automation, and mission-critical business applications. Candidates should have a strong software engineering background, experience with modern development practices, and familiarity with Agentic AI concepts and integrations within software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Build and maintain cloud-native microservices and serverless solutions on AWS.
• Develop and support RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Create responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js.
• Design backend services utilizing Node.js, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and related AWS services.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using AWS CloudWatch.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments.
• Develop technical documentation, design specifications, and testing strategies.
• Support application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production deployments.
• Contribute to the adoption of modern engineering best practices and cloud-native architectures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level experience with React.js and Node.js development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern web application development.
• Extensive experience developing and deploying AWS-based solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • SNS/SQS
  • IAM
  • CloudWatch
  • RDS
  • AWS CLI
• Experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
• Experience developing Serverless Applications in AWS.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Software Engineering principles.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Distributed Systems and Cloud Architecture patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, AI Agents, or LLM integrations.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Python.
• Experience with AWS CodePipeline.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation or similar tools).
• Knowledge of:

• Experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Ansible.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with DataOps practices and automation.
• Exposure to automated API testing and End-to-End testing frameworks.

• Familiarity with modern AI-driven development practices and Agentic AI concepts.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
