The Enterprise Planning and Forecasting Product team develops AI-powered financial forecasting and planning solutions that enhance Walmarts FP&A operations. By integrating operational and financial planning systems with advanced AI capabilities, the team creates a connected ecosystem that supports data-driven decision-making. Collaborating closely with business, engineering, and data science partners, the team delivers scalable products that automate financial processes and improve planning accuracy. This group drives product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment to deliver measurable business value and seamless user experiences across the enterprise.

- Support the execution of product initiatives for an AI forecasting and planning platform.
- Research and validate customer needs through engagement, journey mapping, and data analysis to identify experience gaps.
- Help define clear problem statements and measurable success metrics aligned to customer and business outcomes.
- Coordinate feature releases, testing, documentation, training, launch activities, and post-launch support to ensure successful product delivery.
- Leverage data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to monitor product performance and support continuous optimization efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities, communicate risks and dependencies, and support delivery of measurable business results.
- Assist senior product leaders with execution planning, operational readiness, and stakeholder communication.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in product execution for moderately complex products or technology initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using product metrics, customer insights, and experimentation techniques to inform decisions.
- Experience managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, and supporting roadmap execution aligned with business objectives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage relationships across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with product development processes, and product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience leveraging emerging technologies and AI to enhance product value.
- Adaptability, accountability, and a customer-centric mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
