Duration: 6 months potential for extension
Pay: 80+ an hour

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst / Product Owner to support and evolve our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, and technology, with a strong emphasis on consumer data and analytics. You will partner closely with marketing, eCommerce, data, and engineering teams to drive product enhancements, optimize customer journeys, and unlock actionable insights from our consumer data platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as Product Owner for DTC platforms, owning backlog creation, prioritization, and delivery in alignment with business goals
Translate business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
Partner with stakeholders across marketing, eCommerce, and analytics to define product strategy and roadmap
Leverage consumer data to inform decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and improve customer experience
Drive integration and optimization across key platforms including CDP, CRM, eCommerce, and analytics tools
Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle performance to recommend targeted improvements
Collaborate with engineering and vendors to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
Monitor product performance using KPIs and dashboards; iterate based on insights and experimentation (A/B testing, personalization, etc.)
Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across systems
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity

Experience working with or managing integrations across:
Customer Data & Personalization: BlueConic
CRM / Marketing Automation: Klaviyo
eCommerce Platforms: Shopify, PredictSpring, BentoBox
Data & Integration: Google BigQuery
Analytics & Visualization: Tableau, ThoughtSpot

Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in a DTC or eCommerce environment
Strong understanding of consumer data, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
Hands-on experience with CDPs, marketing automation, and eCommerce platforms
Proven ability to translate data insights into product or business actions
Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills, including experience with SQL or data querying tools (preferred)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional detail

Background in retail, consumer goods, or omnichannel commerce
Experience with personalization, experimentation frameworks, and customer journey optimization
Familiarity with data modeling and customer identity resolution
