Required Education:
Bachelors degree in business management, Information Systems, or a related field
Required Experience/Skills:
Minimum 8 years of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related experience
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Experience/Skills:
Banking or financial industry experience will be preferred
Job Duties:
Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Support projects through all phases of the SDLC, including analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support
Develop business cases and recommend solutions to address business needs
Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure solutions meet requirements
Monitor project progress and resolve requirement-related issues
Support solution implementation and user adoption activities
Research industry best practices and support process improvement initiatives
Lead or contribute to large, high-impact projects as needed
