Electronics Test Technician

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour (based on experience and interview assessment)

Schedule: Must be flexible to work 1st or 2nd Shift, including weekends and overtime as needed.

1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM

Adecco is seeking experienced Electronics Test Technicians to support a leading manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and supporting production of enterprise-level power equipment, including UPS systems, Static Switches, RPPs, and PDUs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and troubleshoot complex electronic and high-power systems.

  • Perform board-level diagnostics and repairs.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, wire schematics, engineering drawings, and specifications.

  • Utilize oscilloscopes, power meters, and other electronic test equipment.

  • Support production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues.

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment following 6S and Lean Manufacturing principles.

  • Assist with PCBA programming and high-voltage (600V-208V, 3-phase) applications.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • 35 years of electronics testing and troubleshooting experience required.

  • Experience with 3-phase high-power systems and manufacturing/test lab environments preferred.

  • Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and electronic testing equipment.

  • Experience with harnesses, wiring, and root cause analysis methodologies.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.

This is a testing and troubleshooting position. Candidates with assembly-only experience will not be considered.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $29.00 per hour
