VMWare Admin

We are seeking a VMWare Admin to design, implement, and maintain high-performing network and server environments.

Location: Harrisburg, PA 17101

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days per week onsite/in-office)

Shift: EST

Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person

Key Position Focus Areas:

• Enterprise VMware Stack: High proficiency with vSphere, vCenter, vSan, NSX, VCF, and Log Insight.
• Network & Server Admin: 5+ years of experience managing physical/virtual servers and complex network architecture.
• Operating Systems: Direct experience with Microsoft, RedHat, and Linux appliances.
• Core Services & Resiliency: Strong handling of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, patch management, and data backup/recovery.

Position Requirements at a Glance:

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated VMware and Networking systems administration experience.
• Proven ability to optimize systems, plan lifecycles, and meet tight project timelines.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Availability: Prompt response to critical technical or emergency issues if contacted outside of standard hours.
• Compliance Note: Must work strictly within the United States; government-issued equipment cannot leave the country.
