Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in Azure , Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, PySpark, Data Lake, and Data Warehouse architecture . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable enterprise data solutions, modernizing data platforms, and enabling advanced analytics capabilities.

Required Skills

• 12–15 years of overall IT experience in Data Engineering/Data Architecture
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Expertise in Azure Synapse Analytics
• Strong programming experience with PySpark
• Experience designing and implementing Enterprise Data Lakes
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts and architecture
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale data processing
• Expertise in data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
• Strong understanding of SQL, distributed computing, and data governance

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable data platforms using Fabric and Synapse
• Build and optimize modern Data Lake and Data Warehouse solutions
• Develop PySpark-based data processing frameworks and pipelines
• Collaborate with business and technical teams for data integration and analytics needs
• Ensure data quality, security, governance, and performance best practices
• Lead data modernization and migration initiatives
• Support reporting, analytics, and AI/ML data requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services or Investment domain is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Azure certifications preferred
