ITSM Change Manager
New York -Hybrid

Position Description
Seeking an ITSM professional with strong enterprise infrastructure awareness to drive change governance, CAB operations, ServiceNow reporting, and weekend execution support in a large-scale environment.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze infrastructure change requests for completeness, correctness, and risk.
Assess change impact, dependencies, customer impact, rollback plans, and execution readiness.
Proactively engage with change owners and stakeholders to clarify risks, mitigations, and execution plans. Prepare CAB agendas, perform CAB triage, and facilitate CAB meetings.
Provide weekend/off-hours change execution coverage and issue triage.
Identify and route high-impact or high-risk infrastructure changes into the event management queue for proactive monitoring during execution.
Drive process improvements and maintain ITSM documentation and playbooks.
Review Change tickets/TCMs for Core Platform Services to evaluate change compliance and highlight risky changes.
Primary Skills
Understanding of enterprise infrastructure platforms (compute, network, storage, middleware).
Hands-on experience with ITSM Change Management and CAB operations.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow Change Management and reporting.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Adaptability, high ownership, and strong learning mindset.
Experience
5–10 years (flexible based on skill depth)
