Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ETL Lead with strong expertise in Informatica and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). The ideal candidate will lead ETL development, data integration, and data migration initiatives while ensuring high-quality and scalable data solutions.

Key Requirements:

· Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC.

· Hands-on expertise in ETL design, development, testing, and deployment.

· Experience with data integration, data quality, and performance optimization.

· Strong SQL and database skills.

· Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate with business stakeholders.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry is a plus.

Preferred:

· Prior experience leading large-scale data integration or cloud migration projects.

· Familiarity with enterprise data warehousing concepts and best practices.
