Oracle Fusion - Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager - Oracle Fusion

Location: Irvine, CA(Onsite) ( Candidates from PST, CST, MST, and even EST are acceptable if they are open to relocating to California)

Experience: 10 -15 Years

Employment Type: Long term Contract

Strong Functional Area, Titles should be like Project Manager, Program manager, Fusion manager, Oracle Cloud Manager etc.

Need someone with atleast 2-3 end to end full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations.

Communication should be Strong.

Hands-on HCM and functional experience is mandatory, and candidates must have experience in ERP implementations such as SAP or Oracle.

JD:

• Typically , 10 12 years in ERP projects
• At least 8 years in Oracle Fusion projects
• Prior experience as a team lead or project manager
• 10 15 years of overall experience
• Minimum 2 3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations
• Experience in support and enhancement projects

Key Responsibilities

Functional Expertise

• Work on end-to-end implementation/support of:
• R2R (Record to Report) GL, FA, Cash Management
• O2C (Order to Cash) Order Management, AR, Billing
• P2P (Procure to Pay) Procurement, AP, Supplier Management
• PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Product Data Hub, Innovation Management
• HCM (Human Capital Management) Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure Oracle Fusion modules as per business needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field
• MBA or HR specialization (preferred)
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (strong advantage)
