Senior AI Engineer and Data Scientist(W2 only)

The short version: A hands-on builder who has shipped conversational and agentic AI systems in production and can do it again fast. You'll be the core technical executor on the team, taking use cases from concept to deployed solution. This isn't a research role or a prompt engineering role its end-to-end system building in a healthcare context. What you'll be doing:

• Building conversational AI systems and assistants (chat and voice) with strong multi-turn conversation design
• Developing RAG pipelines chunking, embeddings, retrieval to ground responses in enterprise data
• Designing and building agentic workflows and multi-agent systems that interact with real enterprise tools and APIs
• Integrating AI solutions with downstream enterprise systems to deliver complete workflows, not just isolated components
• Implementing guardrails: input/output validation, fallback logic, hallucination mitigation, and safe failure modes
• Rapidly prototyping and iterating days to weeks, not quarters

What we're looking for:

• Real experience shipping LLM-based applications (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) into production
• Strong prompt engineering plus system-building experience this role requires both
• Python proficiency; Azure cloud experience preferred
• Prior experience in healthcare or similarly regulated environments
• A builder mindset: you own problems through to outcomes, not just your assigned piece
