Scrum Master

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Scrum Master to serve multiple teams on data-driven projects.

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Serve as Scrum Master for two or more development teams in an Agile SAFe environment
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and teamlevel PI planning activities
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and release planning
• Identify and remove blockers, manage dependencies, and help teams navigate ambiguity
• Track and communicate progress, risks, and metrics that matter, and explain why they matter
• Promote positive team dynamics, open communication, and psychological safety
• Proactively identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.

Experience Needed:

• Demonstrated experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously
• Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of partners
• Comfort working in evolving environments where priorities may shift
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles in practice, not just in theory
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
• Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for workflow management, reporting, and metrics
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and modern digital technology environments.
• Experience facilitating scaled Agile ceremonies.
