AI-First Software Engineering Director

F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG is seeking a leader in data solutions who will drive an AI-first transformation within the team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering and managing teams, while also being highly collaborative with strong communication skills.

This position requires onsite presence at the South San Francisco campus at least three days a week. The salary range is $201,200 - $426,900 based on experience.
