What's the Job?
- Execute the product roadmap for the US SBS Partner scrum team, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Write detailed user stories, release announcements, and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
- Lead end-to-end initiatives including application improvements, regulatory compliance, and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Technology, Design, User Research, Analytics, and Content Strategy to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Define, develop, and analyze experiments aimed at improving conversion rates across SBS applications.
What's Needed?
- Experience working in Agile environments with technology teams to develop digital products.
- Proven ability to analyze large data sets, especially in web analytics, to guide decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders to align on project goals.
- Strategic thinking skills, especially in ambiguous or evolving project spaces.
