Job Title: Production Support Engineer<
Key Responsibilities <
Provide L2L3 production support for business-critical applications. Monitor and manage batch jobs using Autosys. Troubleshoot job failures rerun jobs and handle scheduling issues. Work on Oracle SQLPLSQL for data analysis issue investigation and fixes. Support applications running on Unix Linux platforms. Develop and maintain Shell scripts for automation and operational tasks. Handle incident problem and change management following ITIL processes. Perform root cause analysis RCA and implement preventive measures. Coordinate with development database and infrastructure teams for issue resolution. Ensure SLA compliance and timely communication to stakeholders. Maintain production documentation SOPs and runbooks. Participate in on call and shift based support as required. <
