Job Title: Scrum Master

Duration: 6-12 Month ContracttoHire

Location: Omaha, NE - 5 Days Onsite

Required Pay Scale: $50-$53/hr W2 (NO C2C)

Job Summary:

The Scrum Master will support a major EFTPS platform modernization initiative, working closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to drive Agile delivery, manage team dynamics, and ensure alignment across crossfunctional groups. This role requires a personable, confident communicator who can facilitate Agile ceremonies, resolve conflict, and maintain delivery momentum in a fastpaced enterprise environment. The team culture values strong rapport, proactive communication, and the ability to handle difficult personalities with professionalism and clarity.

Project Details:

• EFTPS platform modernization
• Full Agile environment with crossfunctional engineering teams
• Heavy focus on team dynamics, conflict management, and stakeholder alignment
• Onsite collaboration with engineering leadership
• Highvisibility project with longterm roadmap

Must Haves

• 5+ years Project/Product Management experience
• 2+ years Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience
• Strong communication and rapportbuilding skills
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (standups, retros, planning, refinement)
• Ability to manage conflict and difficult personalities
• Experience supporting crossfunctional engineering teams
• Proven ability to guide teams through blockers and dependencies
• Comfortable working 5 days onsite in Omaha
• USC or GC only

Desired Skills

• Experience in financial services or governmentrelated modernization projects
• Familiarity with EFTPS, IRS systems, or largescale modernization efforts
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
• Experience coaching teams on Agile best practices
• Ability to track velocity, burndown, risks, and delivery metric
