Aboutthe Role:

As a CBRE Space & Occupancy Data Manager, you will oversee occupancy planning and data-relatedprojects, focusing on the mining, analysis, and interpretation of spacemetrics. The objective is to drive project success by ensuring that allproposed solutions and financial chargebacks (allocations) are data-driven,accurate, and aligned with the clients strategic occupancy goals

What YoullDo:

  • Manage and analyze IWMS space data to ensureit accurately reflects current occupancy, layout, and attributes of eachbuilding. Perform audits, and other activities as needed, to ensure accuracy ofemployee data. Confirm accuracy of IWMS space information through regular auditof data for \"unapproved\" exceptions.

  • Prepares professional supporting documentationin a variety of formats. Strong decision-making in the understanding ofpolicies and procedures to achieve results, meet deadlines, and completedeliverables.

  • Collaborate with other members of theOccupancy Planning, Workplace Strategy and Projects Teams and provide data, adhoc/routine reports and analysis as needed to support space planning and moveprojects. Analyze and track the clients portfolio data using reporting fromavailable databases.

  • Ensure accuracy of employee and space data.Perform and document space, occupancy and/or lab audits on schedule, and submitupdated AutoCAD drawings to CAD team (theater driven).

  • Makes recommendations to Management onnecessary space planning code changes and/or requirements and updates. Acts asa single point of contact for relevant systems/processes in subject teams andday-to-day functions.

  • Develop ad-hoc analytics and reporting basedon analysis of existing data sources, utilizing a variety of tools (i.e. IWMS,Rifiniti, Tableau, Service Insight, Smartsheet). Develop data structures andpipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize data in order togenerate insights and address reporting needs. Support the development andissuing of reports as directed. Define data requirements.

  • Gather and validate information, usingjudgment and statistical tests. Identify opportunities to maximize data usage,applying modeling and optimization methods to develop new strategies andimprove business performance. Identify and troubleshoot data integration andintegrity issues in cooperation with the appropriate CBRE business units;designs workflows and procedures.

  • Attend meetings to report data, occupancyrelated issues, requirements, challenges and opportunities. Assist indocumenting and reporting key metrics (e.g. space utilization, spaceallocation, etc.). Interface with various departments and partners withfacility customers and staff as a resource and peer.

  • Manage assigned work orders (SLA compliance).Service Insight Work Orders - manage and/or triage, redirect client requests toappropriate resources if needed. Input work orders as needed.

  • Perform various system administrator actionswithin, but not limited to the: Location Tool, and Calendar Resource Manager.Provide Conference Room support and serve as CEC contact for conference roominquiries.

  • Lead strategic data integrity projects,overseeing global space and occupancy audits to ensure portfolio accuracy.

  • Design and deliver high-impact trainingsessions for cross-functional stakeholders and end-users.

  • Support occupancy planning team by leadingscenario development and architectural test fits to optimize space utilizationacross the portfolio.

What Youll Need:

  • Bachelor'sDegree preferred with 4-6 years of experience Data Administration, ProjectManagement, Occupancy Planning and Space Planning. AutoCAD drawing and CAFMsoftware experience is preferred. In lieu of a degree, a combination ofexperience and education will be considered.

  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.

  • Strongorganizational and analytical skills.

  • Ability toprovide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

  • Ability toeffectively present information.

  • Ability to comprehend,analyze and interpret documents.

  • Ability tosolve problems involving several options requiring intermediate analytical andquantitative skills.

  • Advancedproficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables andcomplex modeling.

  • ProvenIWMS/CAFM super-user capability, with the ability to manage and optimize globalsystems of record.

  • Demonstratedproficiency and proactive interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance workflowefficiency and data analysis.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Occupancy & Space Data Manager is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $125,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
