Position OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Oracle ERP & Integrations Technical Lead to serve as the key technology representative for our Oracle ERP Cloud ecosystem, EDI integrations, and edge applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will oversee multiple critical testing cycles (SIT, UAT), manage production support, and lead release activities while coordinating seamlessly with business stakeholders, functional teams, QA, external vendors, and offshore development resources.
Key Responsibilities Application Ownership & LeadershipSystem Health: Own the technical health, stability, and end-to-end support of assigned Oracle Fusion ERP and edge applications.
Primary Contact: Serve as the main technical point of contact for application-related incidents, complex enhancements, and major releases.
Performance Management: Ensure application availability, performance, and scalability meet or exceed business expectations.
Vendor & Team Coordination: Partner with external vendors and internal business teams for rapid issue resolution and high-quality enhancement delivery.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date application documentation, architecture diagrams, and standard operating/support procedures.
Integration Support: Drive inbound and outbound integration workflows utilizing APIs, OIC, FBDI, and BIP.
Triage & Resolution: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application, interface, and data integrity issues.
Deployment & Releases: Coordinate technical deployments and rigorous release validation activities.
Incident Management: Actively participate in production support operations and major incident resolution efforts.
Experience: 12+ years of enterprise application development and support experience.
Oracle Fusion Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM modules.
Integration Ecosystem: Hands-on mastery of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration patterns, solutions, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Data & Reporting: Proven experience with BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, FDI, FBDI, and ADFDI .
EDI Domain Knowledge: Must-have strong foundational knowledge of EDI standards, transactions, and integration flows.
Collaboration: Proven track record leading offshore delivery teams and collaborating across functional/testing workstreams.
