We are seeking an experienced Front Office Securitization / Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD) Application Support Analyst to support and enhance critical trading and securitization platforms within a global investment banking environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong Front Office support experience, hands-on knowledge of ION Gateway (Pre-Trade or Post-Trade), and expertise supporting Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives applications.

• Provide production support for Front Office trading and securitization applications.

• Analyze, develop, implement, and support systems related to IRD and Securitization.

• Support daily operations, batch processing, and after-hours production activities.

• Gather business requirements and provide technical solutions.

• Coordinate with global development teams, including offshore teams.

• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Support Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and Risk users.

• Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and project initiatives.

• Assist with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities.

• Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and third-party vendors.

• Strong experience with ION Gateway (Pre-Trade or Post-Trade)

• Summit experience

• Orchestrade experience or similar trading platform

• UNIX/Linux and Shell Scripting

• SQL and Sybase Database
