Skills Required:

• Product Leadership: 8+ years in product management, including 4+ years in AI/ML products with ownership of full product lifecycle.
• Delivery Track Record: Proven experience shipping AI products to production with measurable adoption and outcomes.
• Strategic Ownership: Operated at lead/principal level, independently defining product strategy and roadmap.
• Regulated Domain Experience: Built products in financial/healthcare environments, handling compliance and legal processes.
• Stakeholder Influence: Ability to influence senior (VP+) stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong AI Expertise: Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, model evaluation, and experimentation frameworks.
• Technical & Data Fluency: Comfortable with APIs, architecture, SQL, data pipelines, and AI tooling (Copilot, etc.).
• Domain Expertise (Mandatory): Deep knowledge of retirement/wealth domain, including ERISA, SECURE 2.0, participant behavior, and investment products.
