What you will accomplish:
Drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring initiatives move from concept and planning through implementation and launch.
Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on requirements, assess scope, identify dependencies, and support effective execution.
Build and maintain key program artifacts, including project plans, achievement tracking, and execution updates, to improve visibility, accountability, and delivery outcomes.
Support roadmap planning and estimation activities by helping teams evaluate effort, sequencing, risks, and potential business or technology impacts.
Facilitate decision-making across the portfolio by removing roadblocks, holding stakeholders accountable for commitments, and keeping work on track.
Communicate program status, risks, and key decisions clearly to a range of audiences, including cross-functional partners and senior leadership, while leading productive workshops and planning sessions.
What you will bring:
3+ years of experience in project or program management across the product lifecycle, with experience in business systems analysis or related work.
Ability to independently identify technical dependencies, risks, and downstream impacts across systems, teams, and initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts, design issues, and business requirements clearly and succinctly.
Experience partnering with cross-functional technical and business teams, including Product, Engineering, Quality, Policy, or related groups.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while understanding broader business goals.
A bachelors degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience supporting organizations dedicated to technology.
