IT Business Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team. This role involves partnering with Business Leaders, Operations Product Owners, and Subject Matter Experts to define and document functional and non-functional requirements, acting as a focal point between business stakeholders and the technology team.

• Proven track record with 5-7 years’ experience as a product owner, preferably in a technology organization.
• Business / Systems Analysis experience 3-5 years minimum.
• Strong SQL skills, knowledge of Oracle, and understanding of relational databases and distributed systems.
• Handles multiple tasks and can support multiple project needs simultaneously.
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint.

• Experience in Agile execution.
• Understanding of waterfall and the transition between the two methodologies.
• Prior work experience at client or in the client's industry.

• Great communication skills.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Act as a Tech side Product Owner delegate in support of the Global Payments Operations Product Owner organization.
• Ensure that business requirements are properly groomed and translated into system requirements by technical analysts and developers.
• Liaise with Product Owner and facilitate calls to ensure technology teams have clear business requirements.
• Develop and present artifacts describing the Business Requirements, including presentations, process flows, data models, and use cases.
• Track requirements during implementation to ensure the developed system is consistent and in scope with the determined system requirements.
• Drive deliverable creation and decompose work into EPICS and user story generation across business and technology teams.
• Quickly come up to speed on the Economic Sanctions Compliance and Operations processes supported by technology.
