Introduction
The client is seeking a Solution Architect with strong NextAxiom experience to support a computer-based procedures (CBP) implementation in a nuclear/safety-critical environment. This role requires someone who understands not only the technology, but also the underlying business processes and operating context. The ideal candidate will have recent end-to-end NextAxiom implementation experience, preferably in a nuclear plant or similarly regulated environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong experience with NextAxiom
- Hands-on experience across NextAxiom product lines: Dynamic Instructions (DI), Dynamic Forms (DF), Dynamic Workflows (DWF)
- Proven end-to-end NextAxiom implementation experience (preferred with nuclear client)
- Experience implementing in nuclear or other safety-critical/highly regulated environments
- At least 3–4 years of relevant implementation experience, ideally across 3–4 projects
- Strong understanding of digital work execution and workflow transformation
- Familiarity with SAP, P6, and document management in operational environments
- Strong stakeholder-facing communication skills and the ability to “walk and talk nuclear” with client teams

- Work closely with nuclear business stakeholders and Client delivery leadership
- Design and support interfaces with SAP EAM/Work Management, P6/scheduling, Document management/EDMS, Plant data systems such as PI/SCADA
- Support digital transformation from paper-based procedures to digital procedures
- Align solution design to nuclear operating models, work management, and data management needs
- Ensure compliance with QMS or equivalent frameworks in regulated/safety-critical environments
